The Beginning of Language

We're going to begin this conversation with a discussion about sinkholes and horror movies; minefields and bottomless cliffs; zombies and screaming cheetahs.  I'd like to hear your thoughts and memories about learning the writing craft.  Here's the central question we will consider:  Where do you get stuck in the writing process?  Or... where do you hit roadblocks in placing words on the page?  I'd like you to be imaginative about your responses.  In other words, let's look beyond easy answers.

Many of us struggle with grammar and punctuation, organization and argument.   I'd like to know why.  Others struggle with just getting words down on the page in some understandable fashion.  Why?  One way to enter this topic could be to think of experiences that illustrate early or even recent memories of learning writing skills.  Another possibility could be to volunteer a reflection.  What happens when you sit down with a pen or at a computer and face the blank page/screen?  What does your head say to you?  Fear?  Anger?  Disgust?  Insecurity?  Frustration?  Do you want to kick a dog?  Kill a goat?  What?  Or, perhaps you feel no anxiety and are a super charged writing machine.  If that is the case, we'd like to know your secret.  Whatever your answer, please dive deep.  Be fearless in your examination.

Our goal is to understand how we get snagged in the writing process.  Along the way, we might begin to discuss what skills lie at the heart of the writing craft.  This is an opportunity to share your thoughts with others and receive some input, and, perhaps, find some common ground.  This conversation has no limit except the presence of grace and good taste.

So, once again:  Where do you get stuck in the writing process?

Sometimes when I sit down to write I have trouble truly expressing what I feel or see. I want to explain what I see right in front of me but the words just wont come out. I actually sit and write how badly I want my reader to vividly and clearly see exactly what I am in that moment. I want the reader to literally feel whatever emoition is in my heart, what colors, and shapes I see. Also the smells that surround me. But the moment my pen hits the paper its almost like I am afraid to write it. The fact that the words wont come as I see them makes me feel as if my reader wont understand or grasp that moment as it is, so I give up and sometimes settle for something generic.:(

Well I don't always know what to write down on a paper so i am use to that. I try not to let that happen, i always try to let my imagination take me away. There are times when i do know what i am writing on a paper, i just go with the flow. There are times though where i am completely lost and i have no idea what i am writing. When this happens i think is because i am not being focused and i am distracted by something that is happening in my life, i hate it when things get to me because then that interferes with my writing or sometimes even reading. Sometimes i get mad because when i write something down i feel like i am the only one that can understand what i am trying to say, no one else knows what i am trying to say. When i write i want the reader to feel what i feel, to know where I'm coming from, to relate to me. I notice i write better when i just have my mind blank and i write what ever comes to my head. I let it all out with a pencil and paper, just writing until my fingers hurt. That's when the magic begins when i just write what ever is in my mind, i don't know what i am writing until i am done, until my hand stops moving. When it comes down to essays i get stuck often because i don't know how to start. I worry to much about how my essay is going to sound. Its like i know what to write but the words get stuck, trapped and they don't come out. So when that happens i move on to something else.

Well, to begin with I often do not know how to start out the essay, etc. The first part is the most difficult for me. Once I am able to put my thoughts down on paper and begin writing, it gets easier the the words start flowing out easily. I also get stuck at the ending, I never know how to conclude my essay, that is where I usually screw up and write down anything just to finish it, even if it sounds bad or looks wrong. For some reason even with these difficulties, I still enjoy writing...no not essays though, short stories and poems are easier to put together.(=

At first all I have is a piece of paper and some ideas. Sometimes I don't even know what to right that every topic I get I must relate to myself or past experiece. When it comes to writing my head is blank and my eyes wonder around saying " Why must I go through hell all my life." My biggest problem with writing is that i write the same way i talk and slang doesn't sound good on paper at all. It takes hours for me to finally get the words together with a 4,000 page dictionary and thesarous. Trying to build up my vocabulary is my main issue. Theres to many words and some of them I can't even pronounce. I'm not slow don't get me wrong i guess the word is lazy. Im too lazy for so many things and thats needs to change. Vocabulary believe it or not is something that i need to work on because using words everyone knows makes me feel like im in kindergarden. For example, words like understand have many more meanings and instead of using understand I can use comprehend, which sounds way better. however, once i have my ideas down and my vocabulary's down pact is when I'm able to write a good paper. Vocabulary and my laziness are my two struggles to being a good writer.

i sit in front of a piece a paper and think. when i have no though for some reason i look around, but still nothing. i dont know how to express myself. i know what i should say but i think to much, which cause me to not write it down. i feel im wrong, like im not saying thing the right way or if i'm spelling it write i just think to much. so i look for the easy way out of expressing myself. which makes my writing not strong.

When i have to write the essay, I stuck with grammer and make own my argument. I can't describe what i really want to say in my essay. I don't know how i can start to writing. I have my idea, but I have struggle with organization and improve to relate my idea. So i easily get confuse to write my essay.

Unknown said...

When i am assigned to write an essay. I start off with the topic. I usually try to get all my ideas together. The only part i might struggle in can be not knowing how to start. As soon as i have started the first paragraph i continue writing without stopping. Most of the time i know what i will say since i have my ideas written in a sheet of paper. There are times i might add a sentence or two that come to my mind unexpectedly. Once i think i have finished, i go back and proofread what i have written i make some changes and i might keep adding more information.

Where do I get in stuck in my writing process ? It all depends. On whether I am interested on the subject or not. If I like the subject it will be easy for me but if iam ask to write about something that is not interesting and it dosen't get my attention I'll get stuck. When I do get stuck i get frustrated and angry knowing that It shouldn't be hard to write a paper .But I just think how about if i do it wrong and it dosen't make sense to others but it does to me and I just give up. But in back of my head i know that I have to be positive. Sometimes I usually don't no where to beging with.I could have all the right words in my head but just dont know how to put them in paper.

A little technique that i use is listening to soft music while writing a paper then again it depends on the mood that i am in .

Well in all honestly I do not like to essay's because I have never been all that good in writing. So, when I need to write some I just sit down and write what I am feeling, and then just edit.
The only way I feel that I have written a good essay is that if I am interested in the topic.

Enlgish has always been a subject that I dislike. I don't like the fact that when your writing essays you have to follow a certain structure. I always have a hard time starting an essay because I think too much about trying to write a good essay so I can impress the teacher. Most of the time when english teacher's give you a bad letter grade they get pissed off at you and they really get on you and I hate that. I think it's much easier when it's a freewrite because you don't have to worry about grammar and punctuations. Another thing that pisses me off about english is the reading. I mean if it's something that interests me then yea ofcourse I'll be into it but most of the time ITS A NO. Because we have to read about authors like Shakespeare, Emily Dickinson and Edgar Allen Poe and Im not feeling that. But I dont think the books are stupid or anything it's just I never was into it. Another reason why I struggle in english class is the hard vocabularys that are thrown at me. I SUCK AT ENGLISH pretty much.

When it comes to writing, I lose all my skills. When i start to wright something down, i think about what i wrote and later i find myself imagining that little sentence for a long couple minutes. Other than that, i start to imagine other things not related to writing. When i'm done writing an essay, i find it to be the worst essay i've seen. I think i'm also not good at this because all throughout my school years i always tried avoiding essays. I never tried to push it to that highest grade,A+. I usually get stuck in the middle of my writing process towards the middle or the very start of it. One major thing i have huge trouble with is when i start to write, i find myself writing in the way i talk, in that said, i can't even talk right. Now how would that look in paper?

Unknown said...

I love to write, but one of my problems is that English is not my first language so I feel insecure while writing thinking and thinking of the best words to use. I feel that I have a poor vocabulary. I get stuck trying to order my thoughts and putting them in words in a paper. I have a great imagination, that's not the problem, the problem is that sometimes I have so much in my mind that everything gets mixed, and it seems like a huge mess of thoughts and ideas that I find hard to order. Other thing that I found difficult is writing essays, i get stuck trying to make sense and answer the prompt, and I found difficult to make conclusions. I love to write and because I really want to write as beautiful as the authors of the books that I read I try to do my best,is just that sometimes I overwhelmed myself and want to be a great writer now and to be a better writer is going to take me time and practice.

Great comments so far. I'd like to suggest that we not get stuck in the mud. Let's look beyond essay writing. Take a moment to read the first comment posted by Quintashia. Focus on the heart of writing... the relationship between you and the page. How can you place yourself in the center of that process? What gets your way?

Alex Schnitzler: Moderator said...

One more thing... I've noticed an interesting theme emerging in many of the comments--the emotionality of the writing process, and the confusion that grows out of it. Like Francheskka says: "It seems like a huge mess of thoughts and ideas that I find hard to order." Is that what we're trying to do with writing? Order the confusion?

I really don't know what to write about or how to start writing.Am not that good on collecting my thoughts or expressing how i feel. So sometimes is hard for me.I try my best to write.I do the impossible to write but when i sees a blank paper my mind just goes blank or i write something and doesn't sound right. So i ball the paper up and just panic.
Am not the best writer or am not a writer at all but sometimes is weird. That when am in a computer screen i write until i bust my head
even though i don't know what am writing about. That's crazy

When I write i don't pay attention to what i write. i don't worry about puctuation. i have problems with punctuation and grammar, and i have a hard time being critique by other people. Depends in the type of writing i make on a piece of paper. My biggest fear was to share my deep feelings and i become against writing. But as i practice in the summer, i felt sharing piece of me can make a difference to another person. The more I've struggle with writing is writing about the real world in someone else's point of view. I've notice the reason why I've had a hard time with these observations lab was because I was dealing with fear and anxiety. I was afraid of others reading my writing skills. My challenge is to use the lab technique and the observant that i can be. It's about confidence in yourself.

Some times it’s hard for me to say what I want to say on paper. Maybe I’m not a writer. I can barely express my self. I want to say this but my writing says another. Maybe it’s because I misspell words, so I don’t write it because I don’t know how. some times i don't know how to start an essay. i dont know what to say, i get stuck.

Many times I've sat down just to write something. Whether it's about a baseball game or how classes were that day or even just how I'm feeling in that very moment. Since I was in about 9th grade I've kept a journal. I've expressed many things and as of now I've filled up eight of them, (six of which were in the first year in a half.) I have found lately for some reason I have not turned to writing as much as I used to. I need to keep a journal in my bag so whenever I have a thought I'm eager to write about I could just sit down and write where ever I may be. Since I've graduated high school I have found I procrastinate a lot when it comes to my writing. I still have that same love for it that I used to but I tend to wait until my brain is exploding and I could no longer take it. Many of the instances I've written about that's what's happened anyway. I've waited way too long to express the way I'm feeling and it all comes out, (usually first at someone, oops!) but then in about a three to four page long entry. For some reason, I find I also write about the same topics. Usually about how much I miss a close friend of mine, Mrs. Smith, when I get to my breaking point of a situation, and oh yes the most important thing in my life, baseball. I know that comes as no surprise for me since I'm always wearing the red sox hat with the yankee hater shirt while looking on google for the yankees toilet paper, (which by the way I did find!)
Even though I've only frequently been keeping a journal for about six years now I still remember starting my first or second one. I was in about fourth grade and my teachers had these journals called "what's on your mind", we would write in them everyday and every few days our teachers would write us notes back too. If I remember correctly there was never a topic it was just the way it sounded, What's on your mind? Even then I loved to write, over math, over social studies, over any other subject, that was my subject in school. I have a feeling it will always be. I love the way you are able to let your mind wonder into different directions and write about all of the creative thoughts going through your mind.

I have trouble writing when they ask me to write about what on my mind. For some reason I cant. I don’t know if its because of insecurity or of fear of what people might think of my writing. If it’s a research paper I think I can write more and get into the paper faster than I can do a freewrite or express how I feel about a certain topic. When it comes to writing or reading I get distracted to quick. I daydream or begin to plan out my day. I get stuck in writing too because I don’t want to write something so banal. I want to write something new that no one has heard of, and because of that I concentrate to much on that and get stuck.

When it comes to writing an essay i am most concerned about the structure, and i can say it's the only problem i have in writing essays. I have been told by teachers in the past that i have the ideas and sentences good, but that they are all scrambled so it confuses the reader. When i read the essay it looks good to me but i guess when someone else reads it, the essay becomes confusing. So in writing what i hate as well as others is STRUCTURE. When i also want to describe a scene i feel like i know how to, but the vocabulary is just not there for me, which does frustrate me and like quintashia said i settle for less and make my sentences broad.

Pouya00 said...

When I sit down on the corner of the room and stare down into the blank sheet of paper. I can not write in an essay because I do not know how to start a good introduction to get the reader interested. To be precise, I have problems explaining thoughts and myself through words I can not narrate too. I usually get stuck in writing sentences because I am unable to describe my current mood clearly. I am also shaky in my vocabulary and I am afraid I am not making sense and others will laugh at my writing.

sometimes when i start writting the first thing that i notice is that all the ideas i want to express are in my head, but when i try to write them down i get stock. i forget how to write some words, or sometimes i dont know if im writing the correct idea. I think this things happened to me because im not used to write papers and when i do i have i lot of difficulties.

Bliss said...

When I sit down to the computer to start writing I usually have writer's block because I general have tons of ideas running in my mind that I don’t know where to start. But once I get a idea to get started on the next block is trying to structure the material that it make sense to other who are reading it. And I think that is because I horrible with grammar and spelling so it make it difficult to understand what I really trying to say. But once I get an idea that I’m passionate about or interested in there is no stop way to stop me from saying what I have to say. I feel that I good at giving details and letting the reader feel like they are right there in the moment with that I’m telling them about.

When I sit down to write I always get a rush of thoughts and ideas run to mind but they are a mess of idea like a mess of puzzle pieces in the ground. It can be very confusing to decide which words to write them down a piece of paper that can help you crate the greatest master piece. I thing the what holds me back for writing it down in the fear of poor grammar and punctuation. If your not getting your tenses confuses again. How can some one share their idea and thought if they are afraid of misused of words.

I personally get stuck when i have to think of supporting evidence when the topic doesn't interest me. If its something that I like or can relate to then I am quick on the thinking. I mean I sometimes don't even put my biggest efforts in doing a great job. When I sit there and stare at the blank piece of paper all I can think about is nothing. I just space off and start thinking of things that interest me. Brenduh and I relate to it when it comes to the not being interest part if the topic doesn't catch our attention. Yes I end up doing the essay and everything but in my opinion I can do better because I know that not all of the topics are going to interest me but I still have to do them

When it comes to writing I usually don't have any problems. when I am confronted with a writing prompt I can go into my mind and get an idea of what I need to write about and things just take off from there.

I often really don't get stuck in writing. If you give me a subject or even if you don't i am able to write anything you want me to. I think the part where ill probably get stuck at is describing something. I usually try to think of stuff to describe when I am writing. I remember when my english teacher told me, "When you are writing and you are going into details, its like slowing down a movie." You want all the essence of the scene in there. You kind of want the reader picture what you are saying. Thats what I usually think of when ever I'm describing something. It's something i remember now. I use my 11th grade teacher method. That's where I usually get stuck at. But not anymore i think of the most random things now, to get a variety of ideas of what I can use.

At times when I am writing i feel that what im writing is good as far as the texture and even the meaning. It's different when i complete it ,then turn it in because most of the time it comes back with all of these errors that i just knew were on point. Me , I love to write. Especially when it's about my life ,but when it comes to anything like poverty, elections anything like that it just gets to me because to me it's just so boring to me and i know that every time that you write it don't always have to be fun and exciting. Other than that i really want to become a better writer becuase one day i want to write my own biography.

I LOVE TO WRITE! I just sit and write in my journal and tell what I do each day. However, now I am a SMC College student and want to know the right ways to write an essay. I get stuck because I forget some of the rules of grammar and punctuation and the rules of writing an essay that I have been taught from Ms. Heller in 81A, Mr. Smith in 83R and Mr. Schnitzler in 81B. I can see writing is like a step ladder and sometimes I slip and trip back to the previous rung. So not remembering is where I get stuck the most in learning the writing craft.

I don't really like to write a lot. I write what is needed and straight to the point. Now if I have to write about a personal life experience, thats a total diferrent things. Well, I agree with Tamar because for me the beginning and the end are really difficult too. The beginning is hard because I do not know how to start a paragraph, I get stuck. I guess it is because I try to hard to put the words together that I end up screwing up. At the end I do not know how to conclude my essay so I just write whatever so I can finish the paper and turn it in.

Writting has always been a struggle for me. Not because I dislike it or don't understand it, it's because im not good at it. I know the concepts and elements for a good essay, but its hard for me to put it sll together on paper. It usually takes me twice as long to think of how to put it together. Although when it's on a topic i enjoy, there's so much I can say but can't organize it. So when an essay is assigned i try to write the best I can:)

In reading a couple of these posting, I notice alot of us have the same problem, but one problem that I have a suggestion to is the grammar and puncuation issues. Sometimes it helps me if I write out what I want to say on a piece if paper first, just to get it out of my head. Then I read it to myself out loud about 3 or 4 times and correct it as I go along. Some of you guys should try it, but it only works if you read it aloud. It may take a while before you start to notice the difference between what you say in your head and what comes out of your mouth. But it is well worth the effort.

quinsterm said...

In reply to what Bliss said. We will always get things that we have no interest in, but you cant let that be the reason you have nothing to say. I read alot of books and sometimes I get one that is just so boring, but I will read it from beginning to end. Sometimes my reasoning behind completeing the book is the fact that I invested money in it and I dont believe in wasting money. So whatever it is you are attempting to write or read just try and find a reason behind it even if it is stupid. Try to make it interesting for yourself however you know how.

elecia said...

It's easier for me to freewrite when writing about whatever im feeling; my kids,life.- than writing with structure. That's when I get in trouble. Sometimes I'm not sure where the punctuation goes, i.e. knowing where to put them and when to use them. Also I have a tendency to use the same words in everything I write even knowing that there are hundreds of words I can use to express what I'm saying. For example:Because,And,I,. Its become a habit, but at that moment when I'm writing I get stuck on how I'm going to say whatever it is I'm going to say and end up writing those irritating words I can't seem get out of my head when Im writing.

If there is a flaw that i have with writing is that I have a brain fart write down the wrong words and have to type them all over again, but other than that writing comes easy for me.

Quintashia has written a lot of the emotion that I feel when I sit down to write. When I start to write I feel scared because I don't know what to write on the paper in front of me. I will start writing and half way I come to a blank. I get upset because I know what I want to write but cant put it on paper. However, I continue to write, even though I feel it might not be any good. I continue to write until I get into a certain groove. It has been my experience that that the last part of my writing is always better than the beginning of my writing. The analogy that I am thinking when I begin to write is that I am like a pitcher in baseball. I need to warm up to do my best writing.

Hey everyone,

from reading a few comments I notice we have 3 struggles we can relate to. Grammar, going blank and expressing what we want to say.
What helps me out besides a spell check is just sitting in a quiet place in my appartment. No TV on, no radio and no one around, just me, my pen and a piece of paper, and I just relax. I write what ever comes out and just keep writting. After, I go over my paper and choose what I fell is right.

The middle school students of John Adams are very diverse. I see many groups of kids as they wait to get picked up from their parents. Many groups that include black, latino, asian, and white kids in one single group. I am proud to see such a diverse group with differences in religion, ethnic background, and personality. I look upon one of the groups just to see if in fact they are diverse as they seem. Looking at the kids body languages they try to act older than they really are. The girls showing off their painted nails any way possible. Rolling her eyes at another and saying “whatever” as if she what she heard was not important to her. The one kid who looks to be maybe the popular kid of the group is wearing a long sleeve purple flannel, a black and purple Colorado Rockies baseball cap, and black Jordan with a slight bit of purple located at the heal of the shoes. He stands out the most and with his loud personality screaming at every kid and making loud taunting comments such as “haha fucking loser, you got Saturday school” “Your such a bitch, you should of gotten it too man.” The other kid says. The kid who stands out with the purple suggest they all join him to foster freeze. One of the kids with shabby clothes and a violin as his instrument says “for what? You aint going to buy anything, you didn’t even have money for a cookie and bagel at lunch, you dumbass.” I would have never thought the kid who looked to be the nerd or the dorky kid of the group would step up to the other one standing almost two inches taller than him. No longer the big popular kid is the bully, no longer the nerdy kid is left alone. However the kids do seem to be using more profanity and acting upon what they see on tv, trying to act older. The body language of kids has grown dramatically and can be deceiving. It can make a person assume something about that kid. Later you find out his personality or attitude is not what you expected.

I thought I should start at Venice Beach to find “The Shape of Language”, a place where language is shaped into many mixtures of culture, religion, and style. I witnessed as I was on the strip of Venice many homeless people, junkies, and burn outs. I also saw a lot of others like tourists, locals, and wealthy home owners with their little pet poodle. It seemed to me that Venice was shaped two-sided were you had negativity, where bums overwhelm, and basically pollute the wonderful landscape. Then, you had the positive side, which tourists are visiting from the other side of the world bringing vast cultures creating diversity. After, “The shape of Language” goes father when I saw multiple times of people with their ear stretched and bodies sculpted with tattoos. It amazed me even more with how many people had body art, I saw children as young as fifteen, and women old enough to be my mother. Language is also expressed in everything, the way you wear your hair expresses a certain body language or look, wearing tight or baggy clothes could tell you something about that person’s personally like what kind of music they like or dislike. There are so many different types of language you have Formal, Informal, Slang, Informative, Descriptive, Emotive, Dialogue, Emphasizing, Persuasive, and Imperative they are all ways of expressing peoples attitudes and behaviors verbally of course but it can tell you something about that person. Another way language is shown was when I saw the nice sunny sky, sun blazing, and a nice breeze it showed that Venice was at its best. Then, when it got to about five thirty and the sun was to start setting its language showed mellowness, calm, and soothing. Around six o’clock and the sun was no long in sight I saw Venice at its worse, with a nasty musty smell, homeless digging in the trash, and crazy cracked out people talking to themselves. From sunshine to sun down Venice has truly expressed it’s Shape of Language.

I really enjoyed watching "The Heart of Writing", it expressed a lot of emotion through the love of writing, people just wanting to write because it brings them joy.
And posting up large amounts of writing in public areas really brought attention to vast groups of people. I was amazed how many people would be so interested in what you had to say.

Hello, by the way this is Claudia Nuñez. After watching this video, i knew then that everything is possible, you just have to give it a try. You will never know the experience if you don't try it at all. "Heart Of Writing" made me think about so many things that have to do with writing and just letting yourself go in a paper. This video made me realize that even though you're in a low English level, you can still get something out of it. It's not the end of the world. All you have to do is keep on writing, keep on getting better at it, and practice! I believe writing is the key to success in life. Writing doesn't have to be something you like in order to do it, everyone on earth writes. Either it's a story, a poem, a song, or it's just writing that is coming from your heart and mind. I have to say i am proud of the young people that came out in this video because it never hurts to try and that inspired me into writing more. Writing is what makes the world go around for me hahaha, the more we write the better. I hope someday i will get to share my stories with the people out there.

When i begin a essay i always get stuck on the the first part. i don't know why but i always end up getting stuck its probably because I'm thinking to hard and trying to put to much effort like when i first started doing the thesis and the fundamentals i was thinking to hard that was my big problem

why language i say to myself why do we need language sometimes i sit down and ask myself questions about language and those question are being answer when i start to write about any story or feelings i have on a piece of paper. i feel this is more relaxing.wrting any kind of emotions in a paper help to release an anger or the sadness inside the heart or happyness or many more emotions writing is the best technic and strategy for emotions.

I thinkt hat for the most part when I write I have so much to say that i don't know exactly what way to say them. I would think about the certain topic i have to write about, but then i would have so much different areas of the topic that comes to mind, so when it really comes down to writing the paper it makes my job that much harder trying to figure where and how i am going to situate verything so that it is clear to my reader. And what yearns to be inside the paper, and what needs to stay out. I notice that i oftentimes have a problem with this issue when i am telling a story, with my audience saying that i had given them too much information.

Throughout my life and countless times I’ve sat down in class and stare at a blank piece of paper with nothing to say. Now of course this obviously goes away when there are no peers to worry about or a teacher who keeps skulking around me trying to speculate my writing, as if though they were going to attack me for making a slight error. One of my biggest problems with writing would be my comfort in a certain area, what that means is a place of sanctuary such as my home or a place where I can think to myself. Another problem is my insecurities with sharing hand written work with my peers or teachers, I don’t know if it’s just me, but I have horrible grammatical errors and consequently puts me in the position I’m in right now. In conclusion there are ways of overcoming this obstacle, but there not easy but hey who said life was easy.

The Beginning of Language - pg.4

The writing process is the most challenging act of communication between me and my audience, and with, so called, my own thouhts and conclusions.
First, when I had decided to write about something
I AM puzelled -what kind of audience I would to talk to ? As long as I have chosen my audience I have to select whether it will be a dialogue, or narration. With this in mind, I can experience some kind of fear to begin writing only for reason of possibilty do not be understood. Then, I should think about using the proper grammar, because the incorrect grammar can change the meaning of what you want to express. In my heart I beleive the begining of developing the Language starts since the early years of life and contniue to the perfection all our life.
